Ram Yajnik is an experienced practitioner in all areas of Family and Matrimonial law, Civil Litigation and Immigration.
In Chancery matters he focusses espacially on Inheritance, Wills, Trusts and Estates
His Property expertise includes Real Property, Residential and Commercial Landlord and Tenant, Housing, Co-ownership disputes, Boundaries and Easements and Freehold Covenants.
Ram has formerly lectured in law a Westminster University and has experience of work in the legal department of the Probate Registry. Ram is a member of the Legal Services Commission Review panel and is an approved pupil master.
