Victor Ogunbusola has a substantial Criminal and
Immigration Law Practice
Crime
Victor engages in criminal prosecution and defence work,
currently a Grade 2 Crown Prosecutor and regularly receiving
instructions from the CPS to prosecute a broad spectrum of criminal
cases. As defence advocate Victor has successfully represented a number
of defendants in serious sexual assault cases including: rape, serious
complex fraud cases, involving the manufacture of identities, serious
deception cases involving multiple benefit claims, importation and
possession of class A drug cases, violent assault cases involving
serious assaults, multiple robberies cases, money laundering offences;
Custom and Excise seizures and Confiscation proceedings, and various
other indictable criminal offences.
Immigration
Victor's practice covers all aspects of immigration law, including asylum, human rights, deportation, detention, entry clearance
and EEA free movement. He appears frequently before the Asylum and
Immigration Tribunal (AIT) and regularly undertakes applications for
reconsideration of AIT decisions, immigration-related judicial reviews
at the High Court.
