Professional Experience
Robert came to the Bar after several years in the City, where, from his experience both as an institutional fund manager and investment banker, he gained an intricate knowledge and understanding of company accounts and industry.
His tax practice includes all areas of Revenue law and he has undertaken several appeals. Robert also specialises in Chancery, where recent advice has included the rights of mortgagees to redemption and enforcement, Bankruptcy and Insolvency in which he often appears in the High Court, and Commercial cases.
In addition, Robert frequently acts in Landlord and Tenant cases, and Road Traffic cases in the Magistrates Courts.
