Family
Anne deals mainly with Children Act matters (both public and private),
including residence, contact and applications to remove children from the
jurisdiction; ancillary relief and domestic violence applications.
Anne has a particular interest in care work, where she has experience of
acting for all parties. However she has mainly acted for parents, such work
including a three week care case at the Principle Registry in which she acted
for the mother, and which included allegations of rape and sexual grooming of
the children. She also acted as Junior Counsel in a two week care case at
Luton County Court.
Crime
Anne defends at the Crown Court and also has Court of Appeal experience. She
has acted in a wide range of cases including kidnap, sexual offences involving
both children and adults, general dishonesty, violence, firearms and drug
offences.
