Professional Experience
Miss Culling prosecutes and defends in the Crown Court,
Youth Court and Magistrates’ Courts, predominantly in London.
Miss Culling’s practice encompasses all areas
of criminal law, both prosecution and defence, especially firearms,
offences of serious violence and arson. She also has considerable
experience of cases involving special measures.
Miss
Culling also undertakes general civil work and has
conducted trials in contractual disputes, road traffic matters, housing
law and immigration appeals.
Recent Work
Recent trials at the Crown Court include indecent
assault, dangerous driving, assault occasioning GBH and acting as
junior counsel in a murder.
